History
Tameer Foundation was founded in 2010 with a clear mission to come in aid to populations in need of assistance. It’s first mission was the construction of 500 houses sheltering thousands of people in the devastating 2010 Pakistan Floods. 20 million people were affected, one fifth of the land was flooded and the total economic impact has been estimated at $43 Billion. Generating support on a global scale, delivering humanitarian projects and empowering the needy have always been the core priorities for Tameer Foundation.
It all started with a vision: federating enough expertise on ground to deliver projects in urgent situations. Tameer’s vision has strengthened over the years and it’s ambition to serve humanitarian causes has increased day by day.
