Board
Tameer Foundation is made up of three governing bodies:
The ASSEMBLY:
Overlooks all Tameer Foundation’s activities. It’s President is the organisation’s President. Its role is to prepare and define the overall strategies, global policies, and to define the projects of the organisation.
Budgets are approved and high employees or managers are appointed.
The ASSEMBLY COUNCIL:
Ensures the work of the organisation is carried out efficiently and effectively within the policies established by the ASSEMBLY. It’s role is to prepare all matters regarding management, strategic human and financial resources and communication.
The OFFICE OF PRESIDENT:
Is run by the organisation’s President and overlooks all responsibilities of the organisation. The President represents the organisation and ensures all international diplomacy on behalf of the organisation. The President’s role is to run the overall strategy of development of the organisation. He is also Chair of the Assembly and Assembly Council.
